Dear XXXX,

Great hearing from you.

We actually have two hotels involved, as it is very difficult to block enough rooms for a group such as ours.  We are staying at the Best Western and the Days Inn.  Have a total of 47 rooms blocked, but our block will be released on one hotel as of 4/1.    Fortunately I've been able to get 28 of these rooms booked already, which of course is early booking by most of our shipmates.   I hope and expect that the balance of our rooms will be taken before end of March.

No doubt you served in Alaskan waters so you should qualify to be a regular member of our Bering Sea Patrol - Alaska Veteran's Reunion Association.  So would all your former shipmates.   Please spread the word.  Have them join BSPAV and sign on for these rooms as members - but do it quickly.

Our web site is www.BSPAV.org.  If you go there you will find all the details of our Grand Haven Reunion and many of those we've held in the past.  Also is a form you can complete to join us.   Our annual dues are only $20.

Thanks again for your important note.
